Fun Show
Sunday October 18th 2026 at the
Boulder County Fairgrounds
This fun event brings equestrians and horse lovers together from Boulder County and nearby front range communities. It’s a relaxed and entertaining day of equestrian classes and games at the Boulder County Fairgrounds–and it’s the year’s most important (and FUN) fundraiser for BCHA.
Don’t miss the wildly popular pre-Halloween costume class where horse and rider dress to impress! Champagne class and Egg-n-Spoon bring high drama and loads of laughs.
The show welcomes people of all ages, levels, and riding disciplines, and all horse breeds. It is a day to have fun, demonstrate and enjoy the bond you have with your horses, and to build lasting relationships in the community. Ribbons are presented to contestants coming in 1st through 5th Place. Awards for High Point in each age group are also provided. Classes are divided by age:
- 6-12 years
- 13-17 years
- 18+ years
BCHA members get three free classes and discounts for early registration! To get your discounts be sure to snail mail your registration form along with a check to the address on the form by October 16th or electronically by following the instructions on the registration form. You may also register on-site the morning of the show.
Classes include: Bareback, English and Western Equitation Classes, Gambler’s Choice, Egg-n-Spoon, Champagne Game, Barrels and more. Let your creativity shine in the Halloween-inspired Costume Class! This local favorite is a great opportunity to celebrate the season and see some fantastically dressed up horses and riders.
