What a Fun Day at the 2021 BCHA Fun Show

Carmen Porter and I arrived at 7:30 AM. It was a beautiful, sunny day and the perfect temperature for a show! Doors open and trucks unloaded the office was ready to go. Our announcers, Melissa Page and past BCHA president Laura Edwards (pictured above), arrived…testing 1, 2, 3! Office registration was ready to go with Brittney Steffensen and Clare Tone at the window. Mary Cook quickly picked up the lead as the Fun Show’s official Gatekeeper along with runners Roxanne Perkins, JoAnn Wortman and Randy Winter. Thank you Liz French for assisting our Show Judge.

Registration opened and riders of all ages signed up for the days classes. New faces, faces we have seen before—all grown up, adults, and a revolving carousel of amazing volunteers (so welcomed this year).

Thank you to our Show Judge Bennett Groshong, Show Managers Carmen Porter and Linda Parks, and all the wonderful volunteers for their time and talents. We would also like to thank the following donors for swag and class sponsorships:

Hometown Horses (class sponsorship)
Broken Arrow Ranch (class sponsorship)
Open Air Equine (class sponsorship)
See you next year!
